Welcome to DustyOff. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DustyOff mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By downloading, installing, or using DustyOff, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
DustyOff is a mobile utility application designed to help users manage device storage, identify unnecessary or duplicate files, optimize available space, and improve device organization and performance.
DustyOff performs most operations locally on your device and does not store your personal content on external servers.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using DustyOff, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use DustyOff for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s App Store rules.

DustyOff provides tools only. Final decisions regarding file deletion or device management are solely yours.
Because DustyOff helps you delete or manage files, you acknowledge that removing content may be permanent. We are not responsible for accidental or unintended loss of data resulting from actions you take within the App.
We strongly recommend keeping backups of important data before using cleaning or optimization features.
Certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your Apple ID account settings. We do not control Apple’s billing process.
Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple and are subject to Apple’s policies.
Your use of DustyOff is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information. Please review it separately.
The Service may rely on third-party tools such as analytics or advertising providers. We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.
We strive to keep DustyOff available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The App may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
All rights, title, and interest in DustyOff, including software, design, branding, and content, remain the exclusive property of DustyOff and its licensors.
You may not use our trademarks or branding without permission.

You agree to indemnify and hold DustyOff harmless from claims or damages arising from misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if these Terms are violated or if necessary for legal or operational reasons. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of DustyOff after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
These Terms are between you and DustyOff only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
